Requirements
- ✓MD, DO, NP, or PA in good standing
- ✓Active, unrestricted license in at least one US state
- ✓Current NPI and (preferred) DEA registration
- ✓Comfortable with telehealth-based patient care
- ✓No active disciplinary actions or pending investigations
- ✓Comfort with async telemedicine and chart-based decision making
- ✓Familiarity with peptide therapeutics is a plus, but training is provided
